Wedding Tuscany. One of my dreams has come true, namely to photograph a beautiful wedding in M-A-G-I-C Tuscany. Anna and Patrik live in Stockholm and have visited Italy every year for many, many years. They fell in love with Italian cuisine and decided to get married in Italy. They have been planning a wedding for many years and it has been postponed for 2 years due to Covid. But 2022 was finally their year. However, not without difficulties. 4 days before their wedding, SAS went on strike and the bride and groom had to throw themselves in the car and drive down through the whole of Europe. Unfortunately, 12 guests could not attend because of this. I was extremely lucky to book flights via Ryan Air to Milan. Getting out of there was smooth and stress-free. First stop for me was Genoa and then continued to Via Reggio on the Tuscan coast. Then there was a trip via Lucca to the beautiful Colletto Villas Colletto Villas consists of 4 incredibly charming small houses in typical Italian colors. The couple received a lot of help with planning from the coordinator at Colletto Villas. There is also a kitchen, a private pool and a large outdoor terrace with the blue mountains in the background. In Lucca di Bagni, there is also a sister hotel where guests who cannot fit in the villas can stay. The aisle of tujas makes the perfect photo backdrop and the garden is perfect for outdoor weddings. I recommend having the wedding a little later in the day as it is so very hot in the afternoon. We started in one of the houses with detail photography and photography of preparations. We photographed the First look just outside. Family and friends gathered in the garden to watch the ceremony. We then continued with portrait photography, family photos and group photography. The wedding dinner was served with seafood Rizzotto for starter and steak for the main course. The cake was served under Tuscan skies. Then the party continued with a live band!
